Case Assistance

The Caring Community provides social work services to seniors at each center and to older adults who are homebound. These services include information and referral, assistance with obtaining and maintaining benefits and entitlements including Medicare, Medicaid, Meals-on-Wheels, HEAP, Food Stamps, Access-A-Ride, SCRIE, home care and much more.
